A complete one-year warranty on all repairs performed.  This warranty protects against parts and workmanship.

BEFORE/AFTER IMAGE ANALYSIS:

Each repair is returned with a complete image analysis sheet providing you with numeric values of specific parameters and visual pictures of an image produced by your scope.

DATABASE:

All customers are provided with a custom database providing all repairs and budget information.  This is available n/s quarterly.

MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATION:

All scopes are brought back to the same FOV and AOV as documented in our lens plans.

IN-SERVICE PROGRAM:

ScopeCare will provide a complete in-service to all necessary staff, FREE of charge to help lower your endoscope repairs.

UPGRADE PROGRAM:

ScopeCare offers a complete upgrade program for all types and brands of scopes.  This will allows you to trade up your older scope to new technology.

LOANERS:

ScopeCare provides all types of loaners free of charge to your facility.

RAPID TURN AROUND TIME:

24 hours for minor repairs.  72 hours for rebuild of entire endoscope.

LOCAL SERVICE:

ScopeCare has local sales representatives that will pick up and deliver your scopes right to your department.
