How do you return endoscopes to the correct specifications?

We have complete lens plans for all types of endoscopes.  These plans allow us to match necessary replacement parts.

Do you use manufacturers parts?

All parts are made to specifically meet the parameters of the original ScopeCare design.

How do I sterilize my repaired endoscopes?

All scopes may be sterilized as per original manufacturer's specifications.

What's your warranty?

One year warranty on seal integrity and workmanship.

Will your replacement endoscopes fit all my instrumentation?

Replacement endoscopes are available to fit all brands of equipment.

What if I am not happy with my repair?

ScopeCare will not charge for any repair that you are not satisfied with.

Are your technicians certified?

Our technicians are trained in our manufacturing facility and complete a multi-tier certificate program.

Do you have insurance coverage?

ScopeCare has complete liability insurance coverage.

What about Loaners?

Free loaners are available in advance.

Do you provide in-services?

In-services are provided including a complete inventory of your endoscopes upon a signed contract with your facility.
